i cant decide which La roux music video i like best;In for the kill, Quicksand or Bulletproof.. all i know is that Elly Jackson had one hell of a style. many people just dont get her fashion sense.. well i’m not a fashionista but all i can say is her style is bold and unique. i actually know some people who dressed exactly like her and looked good. some people said that she looked like a man specially in La roux  single “Bulletproof” video, “Jackson is unhappy with what she perceives as a “normality” fashion trend among a majority of today’s musical acts. Her clothing and hair style which has been compared to the 1980s group Flock of Seaguls is being imitated by young women in London^” well you know what.. who gives a fuck what she looks like, her music is awesome!i mean La roux music is awesome!

Back to La roux, this synthpop band was formed by Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid, who also a synth player, co-writer and co-producer. the self-titled debut album by La roux has been nominated for the 2009 Mercury Prize. Mercury Prize itself is an annual music prize awarded for the best album from the United Kingdom or Ireland.
